Good Morning / Afternoon everyone
I'm on my second cup of coffee and trying to wake up to see if the earth is still spinning.
I wonder how many hits it soon becomes on second cup of coffee by me.. google say four hits and one is made by Berton in 2020 so it isn't just me. that feels good. *lol*
I'm hoping everyone has a nice day so far? and i wish you a nice and safe rest of the day too.
Yeah it is actually scientifically proven it is more common among women. I saw a really interesting science program on the TV.. and they also discovered that it is less then they thought that actually is true multitasker's.. most people is just good to switch focus really fast between things so it looks like multitasking.
They did a fun test in that TV program where they asked us who watched to count the buses passing by in the background and at the same time count how many times he said a specific word while he was talking about something totally unrelated. then afterwords he gave the correct answer. I missed on one bus.
I have four screens(one split in two with two inputs so it becomes five) in front of me split on two computers with three KVM-switches and two keyboard and two mouses and one extra desktop as failover in case one desktop goes down. That's why i sometimes joke about shutting down NASA control center. *lol*
I might need to clean my desk a bit and take a picture to show the terror. *lol*
When i use my laptops in the living room i use two side by side as i feel handicapped with only one screen and only one computer.
I use the peripheral vision(i had to look up that word as i didn't know that one in english) to keep track on the other screens
When they solves dual input and dual focus in windows or Linux then i might use one computer, but still two mouses/keyboards.
When i do research i often scrolling two documents side by side to find differences or similarities. Neither windows or Linux can handle that.... what i know of.. not even running two VM's works as the host system only allow focus on one at the time.. and running VM's on a server and then use them, that works, but you still need two clients as one client cant handle dual focus.
*smiling* only the weird letters ä and ö you missed Användarundersökning So why hating just the letter K? (I'm just curious).... I feel a bit similar with english with silent letters.
Time to get my third cup of coffee.
