What are your daily diet ?
I started this thread because I'm curious of the daily diet of members here from around the world. Here mine :
1)Tobacco - daily.
2)Mineral water - daily.
3) Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa - daily. Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa - Wikipedia
4) Fruits (banana, papaya) - breakfast daily.
5) Spaghetti with tomato pasta, tomato and onion - breakfast every 2 days.
6) Rice with meats and vegetables - dinner (change daily : chicken, fish, pork and vegetables (change daily : Chinese Spinach, Beijing Cabbage, Chye Sim, shanghai bok choy and Hairy Gourd etc).
