Not too bad, not too many people, in/out in about 1/2 hr. No charge for her ID .

Lady at the desk said they will probably keep the appt system. You don't look into those tubes anymore to take the eye test, they just have a chart hanging on the wall. You stand against the wall of the booth & read the smallest line.
