Kari, I know this is most definitely not the thread, but as a Ukrainian comic said on GBNews this very morning. Russia & China are laughing at the west because we are slashing our defences, our soldiers etc and too worried about damn wokism or so called rights than anything else. The whole of the western alliance is a joke, so weak, it can hardly stand. I was near the E German border for long enough. NATO lied about the coming threat from Russia and E Germany. The so called forces piling up on the E German border were either ficticious or fake tanks and guns. NATO had to lie to protect their own highly paid jobs - NATO now couldn't stop a ten pin bowling ball.

There are plenty of News & Politics forums on the internet we no not need any general news and definitely no political forums here, as they soon degenerate into arguments. When there are major incidents in the world it's normal for these to be discussed in the non technical forums here, but even here we have needed to "tidy Up" threads in the past in order to keep the peace.

Back from hospital today. nowhere close to my best, still unsteady and my sense of balance is pretty screwy, probably from lying down too much.Once off the hospital food I should regain some strength
I'm supposed to stay at home another week with some light medication based on aspirins and cocktail of vitamins, including C ,D3, B12 and Including is some diuretic to help pass water and therefore have to drink a lot of mineral water. My arms are full of holes from intravenous feed, up to 6-8 bottles of various sizes a day and night. Having lost some 5-6KG and weighing less than 60KG, that much liquid was just doing short visits to my body, must have been used to flush out toxins left by harsh medicine.
Just so fate doesn't let you think everything might get perfect,I also found out that my favorite cat Borra passed away chocking om small fried fish my friend let him have. I'll miss him so much. The other cat, Cica is still there and is still sticking with me since I came back.
I also finally switched phone to Samsung A12 with Android 11, now trying to sync it with Your phone APP.

Thanks buddy, I was dreaming about soaking in hot bath tub for couple of hours but still too tired to even try it now, might just drown n it.
Except for sandblasting, don't know what can get all that hospital smell and feel off. My GF will bring me some of her bath salts and and stuff.

Brother is doing better than me but started hospitalization 3 days earlier. He's also 5 1/2 years younger. Both of us must continue some therapy neut couple of weeks. Taking it easy is part of it and I'm used to being active. Even at best times if I relax whole weekend, next few days have to ramp up acivities,
