Back from my outing. Parts were as ordered. Eyed the new Honda blowers, boy are they nice.


I asked them how much to flush the hydrostatic fluid which requires engine to be pulled. They said they have never done it before so would look into it. They asked why I wanted to do it. I said it was the original fluid installed 27 years ago. They gave me the shock look and said they would call.

It will likely cost as much to flush fluid as it would be to buy one of the new ones.

I've always bought Ariens snowblowers , made better I think and don't cost as much an ANY Honda equipment
Honda has always been overpriced. Never had a Ariens ever fail on me either. Gave my old one to my stepson and he is still using it. Has to be over 25 years old by now.

Same for Honda. Never failed me and mine is 27 years old

Replaced headlight connector all is good.
