Do you guys know of an App / program that I can run on Windows and an Android phone that will sync music between the two platforms?

So if I add a song to Windows library it shows up on phone or if I add on phone it shows up in Windows. If it had playlist that synced that would be ideal.

I don't have much time, but I need to get a download of 18363.693; however, when I go to UUPDump, it will only save a zip file, rather than do the conversion.

I know I must be missing something, but I'm not sure what. And, I can't find the UUPDump tutorial.

Help, please?

Open the zip file properties and unblock.
Unpack the zip file.
Run aria2_download_windows.cmd as admin.

You probably chose either the cumulative or the feature update. 18363.693 by itself does not exist. The latest from MS is .418, which will install/upgrade to .693 if you let it look for updates during the process.
