This afternoon I'm going to be working with a friend to write tuning information to chip used in a car that he uses at what I can only call drag racing.
Now this should be different.
WOW Just got an email saying a local company was looking for IT guys and they thought my resume was a great fit. I took the lil quiz they offered on the application. It said it should take 10 minutes. Took me about 3
Let's see where this goes.
I have a ton of experience from building my own PC's and such in the years since I was in IT also. It might not seem like much, but when you deal with upgrades, hardware upgrades and software issues alone it helps. Also I have a great deal of experience with networking. Sadly I rarely have the time these days to help others because of my current job. I have networked with Linux, Windows and more. It would take me some time to list what all I can do with IT, but it is much more than I let on.
All in all. I was totally shocked at the actual required things from the job. They are looking for people that know what is going on, so to speak. I am not holding my breath, but will see where this goes.
