Is there any bank in the world where they don't allow "forget password
In my country, where it's considered to be a developed country with sophisticated banking service. However, there are still a number of bank
which do NOT require their customers to show their ATM card, and many
of their customers don't even have the ATM card for their account, while only citizen identification card is fine, but our ID card is not equipped with any way for any non-governmental services to check its validity or authenticity, in other words, whether an ID card is real or fake is often only checked roughly by untrained or irresponsible people only.
I once did a test, I show to the bank staff my ID card, while I was wearing surgical mask and hat, she just entered my ID and accessed to my account and asked how much I would like to withdraw and sign, she did NOT even ask me
to take off my mask, all I needed was an ID card which could be fake and there are fake ID cards that are of high quality, we know, everybody here know.
IMO, it's just outrageous, I understand my country is very often a safe country but it just does not make sense very well.
I am just wondering, asking this question out of curiosity, if there is any country in the world where if you want to withdraw money from the counter,
you'll need to enter your password in addition to providing your ID card, your signature etc? And when you ever forget your password, there is no way for you to retrieve it
