My project for today, removing the chipped paint off my small front porch. Tried using 2 of my electric sanders, 60 grit, didn't make much of a dent in removing this paint. So, bought out my Air grinder, 36 grit, now that works quite nicely.

Try the old fashioned way with Paint Remover and a scraper .
