    Hi,
Yep might just call back and ask for a supervisor instead of Laura :)

I had to get nasty with Corsair and finally got a followup from a supervisor on an rma :)
Sorry but I don't think this is good advice. IMO there is too much risk of "he said/she said". Given that "Laura" has claimed verbally that the card has been destroyed, I suggest everything from here on in needs to be in writing so there's a proper audit trail, particularly if it does end up in the courts.

One proven method these days is the find the CEO's email address and ask them to sort it out, it is known to work especially when backed by a twitter campaign that is taken up by others
I had to resort to the emailing of Newegg's CEO once. Had fairly good results too.

    Hi,
Sometimes you'll get someone with a brain and common sense on the line :)

The thing is, if I was a CEO then I would want to know what problems my customers are having. If someone like a supervisor covers up a fundamental flaw in the RMA process then that process will never get fixed.

Also, a CEO will probably have a much better understanding about how adverse customer service ultimately ends up affecting the financial bottom line when it comes to light (as it almost always does)... whilst a supervisor will only be concerned about making the problem go away.

Regardless, I don't for a minute believe Ebuyer destroyed the card. Whatever reimbursement Ebuyer receives for full payment or partial payment will have to come from Zotac. Without a defective card, Zotac isn't going to pay them anything.

Thank you all for your input. I agree that this BS of the card being destroyed is to
Force me in to taking a small payment and gounbg away. Their website also says that the item may be sent to the manufacturers but will take up to 28 day. Been reading a lot from many other that are having the same issues with ebuyer. I have email the managing director yesterday but do not hold out much hope in him resolving this.

I am on my phone just now so typing is a pain

I knew it, I just knew you would get shafted somehow, that was a very good card.

RMA`s suck because 99% of the time you`ll never get a new item in return, and you paid for a new item.

I`ve been looking around for your card, I have found some Extreme`s on Ebay claiming they were brand new, but I don`t trust them.

I have found a new one from a supposed legitimate web store, it`s the Extreme version, Product ZT-P10810C-10P and the price is $1327.69, outrageous.

Wish I had the money for it.
