    BSOD playing most video games (errors: 0000001a, 0000003b, 0000000a)


    System Specs:

    • CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1300x
    • MOBO: Asus ROG STRIX B350-F
    • RAM: 16GB DDR4 PNY Anarchy 2400MHz
    • Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 5770 1 GB
    • PSU: SeaSonic 520W Bronze
    • OS: Windows 10 Education

    Problem:

    Every time I try to play a game (World of Warcraft, League of Legends, PlayersUnknown Battlegrounds), everything will be fine for up to 5 minutes and then I instantly blue screen. I've gotten three different errors in my blue screens the past few days: 0x0000001a, 0x0000003b, 0x0000000a as pictured here in BlueScreenView:

    I have no idea how else to describe it. It either happens 5 minutes or 30 minutes into a game. Everything doesn't slow down, it just instantly BSODs and I get almost a different error each time. I don't hear my fans going crazy or anything apparent before the BSOD happens. When I use my computer regularly everything is alright; it really only happens when I try to play video games.
    Attached below is the required Zip file, BlueScreenView results and Memtest86 results (could only get 3 passes done due to time)
    I think I followed the BSOD posting instructions but I'd be happy to provide more information!

    Remove the added lines in hosts and remove any other crack present on your system before troubleshooting.

    Please note, you may be asked to run the memory test again. The provided result does not meet our minimum requirements for conclusive results.





    Diagnostic Test

     DRIVER VERIFIER


    warning   Warning
    Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

    Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

    Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

    Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

    If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

    Note   Note
    Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

    Just ran driver verifier for almost 24 hours, no BSODs occurred.

    Hello Merburt,

    Please note that there have been several BIOS updates for your motherboard to particularly fix memory stability issues and compatibility with Ryzan CPUs. I think it would be worth updating to the latest ver 0902.
