The above attachments were not able to be opened.

Have there been any new bsod?
Whenever there is a bsod please post a new zip:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

Please post a one drive or drop box share link for the memory.dmp file:

memory dump file: %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP or C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

Use file explorer > this PC > local C: drive > right upper corner search enter each of the above to find results.

    No new bsod.

attached is a picture of the memtest64, no errors, 48 hour test duration.

no errors from the sfc /scannow either.

Should I run the dism instruction now?

In post #26 there was no link to click to view the memory dump. Can you post a link for the memory dump so that we can debugg it?

The dism commands can be run to verify the integrity of the operating system.
The scannow and dism command posted earlier can be run frequently as preventative maintenance or whenever you think there may be an operating system problem.

Post #21 is 3 days old.
    Please post a new zip:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

The zip file includes mini dumps but does not include memory dumps.

    To post a memory dump:
memory dump file: %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP or C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

Use file explorer > this PC > local C: drive > right upper corner search enter each of the above to find results.

Use one drive or drop box to post a share link into the thread.
