This is one of the drivers that had a bsod earlier and you reported that you were unable to find a replacement driver.
Please look again on the computer manufacturer's website as there should be drivers for the graphics card.
In case there is not a suitable one there then use the Intel web site:
    Intel® Graphics Drivers
    Drivers & Software

    Code:

Forgot to reply, Acer's website does not have graphics drivers and Intel's website drivers cannot successfully install. Already filed the claim for manufacturer warranty and luckily its a 20 minute drive from my house.

How can Acer not have replacement drivers?
You should be able to perform a clean install and install computer manufacturer supported drivers??
What happens when you attempt to install driver from the Intel web site?
Install this Intel driver update utility and see what it displays:
    Intel® Driver Update Utility

Run each of these on the computer and report the results:
Download Intel® Processor Identification Utility - Windows* Version
    Download Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool
Please use the Microsoft snippping tool and post images.

Just thought of something, right when I got the laptop delivered I fresh installed a clean version of Windows 10 to avoid dealign with Acer's preinstalled bloatware. Maybe Acer's version of Windows 10 has drivers that this one doesnt? I'm going to try using the recovery partition to install Acer's version.

Here are the pictures that you requested:

    What are the vga drivers?
What are the other 3 documents on the drive page that are cut off on the bottom?
The Intel processor diagnostic tool displayed: Intel HD graphics 620
Do you see Intel HD graphics 620 displayed in device manager?
When you right click on ti > properties > driver details > does it display igdkmd64.sys
