    BSOD system_service_exception and faulty_hardware_corrupted_page

I'm hoping I can get some help with BSOD issues on my fiance's computer. I've put her specs in my profile and uploaded the .zip file with the BSOD tool provided in this forum. I haven't personally seen each BSOD but the two varieties I have seen involve a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION on file gzflt.sys and FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE with no file mentioned. When I watched the minidump dates on the tool it looks like a BSOD has occured 5-6 times in the past two months. Every time I have seen the BSOD it has been while browsing, the most common task on this laptop. I don't believe it is during any processor or memory intensive tasks. The BSOD tonight happened while I was just scrolling text on a webpage. The laptop is not used for gaming. I'd appreciate any suggestions or analysis.

    Hello :)

The errors on her laptop show that there is a hardware memory error. It is likely that the installed RAM is faulty. Please have her do a test as shown below:

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Get her to make a photo of the result and post it.

Thanks for the response. I'll grab a spare USB from work tomorrow and get back to you.

For some reason I'm having issues uploading a jpg but I can describe it. I took the picture during the 9th pass and there were no red lines, so from what I read the memory is fine. Do you have any other suggestions?
