Random BSOD surfing/playing games. EC: 0x00000019 BAD_POOL_HEADER
Hello guys,
recently on 2 of my computers I noticed a lot of random BSOD with Error Code 0x000000019 (BAD_POOL_HEADER).
I did memory check (the windows one and memtest), I used commands like:
or:Code:sfc /scannow
but nothing, I've always the same problem.Code:DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
So, reading the bsod dump, I saw that the problem is caused by tcpip.sys, so I tried to use an other wi-fi adapter on the first computer (and it seems solved) and the cable on the second one (and it seems ok).
Unfortunately, I need to solve on the second one the problem with my WiFi adapter (through the cable I've a very bad internet connection, through the wifi I can use the 4G LTE connection).
So I tried to download the drivers from D-Link Site (DWA 140 Revision D2) but nothing, I've always some bsod.
Specs:
- Windows 10
- SSD 120GB SATA 3
- HDD 1TB SATA 3
- 16 GB RAM
- GTX 770 OC 2GB
- WiFi adapter USB: D-Link DWA-140 Rev.D2
Security:
- MalwareBytes 3.0.6
- Avast Premier
is it possible that a recently windows update have generated this situation?
Attached to this thread a lot of exported files from your suggested utility.
thank you in advance
edit:
I tried also to uninstall MalwareBytes and Avast.
