Bsod happening when alt tabbing and 3dmark hardware detect is running

Hi guys. I'm was getting bsods on my custom-built computer for a while (even on a previous clean windows 10 installation) and I just ignored them until, yesterday, one of those crash corrupted my homework file. The bsods I am currently getting are the same I'm used to get on a previous (clean) windows 10 installation so they probably come from drivers from windows update. The crash usually occur when alt-tabbing, changing the window focus or when 3dmark hardware detection is running. Usually, I get a bsod but sometime the computer will simply freeze and I can hear a buzzing sound from my speakers/ headphones (the buzzing is probably a sound that was playing while freezing and that sound is repeated very quickly)

What I already did to (try) to fix the issue:

    - Reinstalled windows multiple times
    - Cleaned every gpu drivers with ddu (used to have 3 gpus on my computers but removed the nvidia recently to help to debug)

    - Ran furmark, memtestX86 and prime95 for about 8 hours each. The computer didn't crashed while running those tests. The temps and performances were normal and memtests didn't reported any error.

    - Installed each drivers coming from gigabyte (motherboard) and amd (gpu) and nvidia (but I uninstalled all the drivers related with nvidia with ddu once I remove the gtx660 from my desktop)

    - Flashed the latest bios in my motherboard (f10b for my gigabyte z97x sli rev 1.0)

    - Finally ran Driver Verifier following this guide and now (unless I boot into safemode ) my computer crash on each boot after ~ 10 seconds on my desktop

I used to have 3 gpus in my computer (a gtx660 and r9 290 and intel hd graphic 4600) but I removed the gtx660 after the program whoCrashed detected that probably the crash were coming from a driver related to nvidia. Unfortunately, crashes continued to occur even after the drivers of the gpu and the gpu iteself were uninstalled but whoCrashed now say the crashes are from a driver related to windows (I do not remember the name currently but will edit once I get home).

I will be extremely grateful to anyone who help me to fix my computer and I'm even ready to pay a small amount if I fix this issue with his help.

I've looked at a few of the BSOD crash files and can see a lot of times the HIDclass.sys driver is implicated. In at least two of the dumps there is evidence the Logitech Keyboard driver is misbehaving.

    Code:
    ffff8981`31bf00d0 fffff801`85f60404Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\LGBusEnum.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for LGBusEnum.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for LGBusEnum.sys
     LGBusEnum+0x404
I wonder if there maybe an updated set of drivers you can install for the Logitech device.

First thanks for the help ! Well, the only logitech device that is (and was) connected to my computer is the logitech g700 mouse. Unfortunately, the drivers for the mouse are already updated (using the logitech gaming software) to the latest version. I will try another version (and uninstall) the current version of the logitech and the mouse driver to see if it helps. Would you like another crash dump if it is still crashing ?

Well I just disabled logitech gaming software at startup and my computer does not longer crash at startup with driver verifier on. Will run a bit with this config (to see if the bsod still occur) and will edit to confirm if it worked (or not )

    Thanks a lot !
