The error is not fixed, I quit out of ESO and decided to try another game that I know causes the same issue, Heroes of the Storm, Set the graphics to high and got the exact same error from before, game crashed and computer restarted, with nothing seeming to be fixed at all. I do not understand why this is happening, at all. I still can't update my CPU settings so you still have to use the info I dumped from above and if you want I can upload a new ZIP file with the most recent crash to this file once my computer restarts.
