    Bluescreen randomly when internet disconnected

    Hello,

I Have problem in my Laptop ASUS TUF A15 that now always bluescreen when internet disconnected or when I am in Zoom.

I already do all of the usual check (memtest, chkdsk, driver verify, etc) no bad things found and I already clean install the OS 2 times but the problem still occured. A little note that when my NVIDIA driver is enabled the bluescreen will occurs more likely, so for now I disable the driver and only run in AMD GPU.

I found in this forum you have process to put the files in here and I will put it in here and hope some people will help me to fix the problem.

Thank you for the response, here what I get following the instruction:

    1. Tuneup plus Result: Tuneup.log - Google Drive

    2. Screenshot Disk Management: Screenshot_32.png - Google Drive

    3. Uninstall Forticlient DONE

    4. Windows Defender is On DONE

    5. Reinstall :
Chipset Driver -> I don't know how to do this as I search in the google I cannot find how to find the correct driver. Is that the driver for NVIDIA?

Rtwlane.sys -> I reinstall it using the driver from the ASUS Website as you instructed.

And yes, after the problem occured I use Driver Easy to update my driver because some site said I need to check the newest driver. But after the update the problem still occured.

    Tuneup plus results were good.

The recovery partition is disabled or not functioning.

Run diskpar info > post a share link

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachment...iskparinfo.bat

The best tested drivers are almost always displayed on the computer manufacturers website.

Third party websites can install unknown files.

If you had used Driver Easy recently then uninstall the software and reinstall drivers from the Asus website.

If there are any unexpected shutdowns and restarts including BSOD after completing all of the above steps then:

    a) post a new V2 share link into the newest post

    b) plan to run Memtest86+ for eight or more passes

Thank you will post again the V2 Log if the bluescreen still occured.
About the memtest86+, if I already done that 8 or more passes did I need to the log from that?

Sorry I just realize you said I need to run diskpar info. Here is the result:
    DiskParInfo.log - Google Drive

For the recovery partition I think it was disabled after I reinstall the windows some times ago

And I have some issues that appear since last Saturday, because of this regular bluescreen occured, now my OS startup takes longer times. Usually only need to be 10-20 seconds or less, now it need to wait around 2 minutes or more in the ASUS logo

The disk drive has 6 partitions.
There are 2 RAW partitions that have the size of recovery partitions.
So there is no working recovery partition.

    1) Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).

    2) Create a bootable Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows iso):

    Download Windows 10 ISO File

    Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...d/windows10%20

About the bootable things. I use windows 11, did I need to find the bootable for it or I need to use the Win10?

Btw I do have USB bootable ready with windows 10.
Did I need to do the memtest first?
