BSOD Error 0xc0000225 File: \windows\system32\config\system
Hi,
Short story about the BSOD, I was finishing a project when my folder that I kept some files has deleted itself a sub-folder and I was freaking out if I gotten a RAT and someone was deleting my files. Anyway after that I installed Malwarebytes to check the my PC, meanwhile all the sub-folders vanished but still showed that there was space occupied. While installing the Malwarebytes during the "Start after finished install" thing, Malwarebytes process froze and there was a Windows Update on the 14th or 12th but I installed the update on the 14th, after restart the whole folder was gone. So I decided to do System Restore and I did, after restart an AMD issue popped up and I ignored it, my files didn't showed up so I did another restart (IDK WHY) but then it showed the BSOD. And from there I can't get it to boot up.
The first BSOD was check srttrail.txt after watching some YT videos and reading online I fixed the srttrail.txt BSOD. Only to show another BSOD which is 0xc0000225 File: \windows\system32\config\system. I did everything DISM, SRT, System Restore, Bootrec, etc. Virtually every solution on the web I tried it. The log file from DISM was showing that it was a corrupted Registry, now this might sound stupid and maybe it is but I tried changing the registry files that are in the config folder by copying some the SOFTWARE, DEFAULT, SAM etc files from another PC. That didn't work too.
I tried with ShadowExplorer as I have read on this forum by someone that was helping another guy that had the same issue, he also had some issues with Malwarebytes. Anyway, ShadowExplorer doesn't show me nothing in System Volume Information it's empty and the dates inside ShadowExplorer are f*cked up, it showed 0:1:0001 something like that. I tried with Macrium Reflect and as far I understand you need to have an existing backed up image from Macrium in order to restore it.
I tried a lot, now I believe my registry is corrupted, I went and bought a external rack for my SSD so I can access the files from another PC and to save as much of my work I can. But I really don't want a fresh Windows install, so please help me and let's do this together.
Anything that I may have forgotten please tell me and I will provide you the information needed.
Windows Version Number: 10.0.19041.3271 Windows 10
EDIT: Before anyone asks me for dump or log files, the "DEFAULT" registry is attached in the config files now should I revert the registry back to when it crashed or keep it as is ? And please tell me what command prompt to run for the dump/log files. Thank you :)
