Well i do the BIOS Update and Windows wont start ( i only can access to BIOS ) , so i execute the Secure Bakcup Bios tool and now i start windows perfectly and my bios is updated i think ( i see at CMD that the BIOS is 4.20 )

First scannow:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.

Repairing file \??\C:\Windows\System32\en-US\\DafPrintProvider.dll.mui from store

Repairing file \??\C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\\OneDrive.lnk from store


Second scannow:

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Today in 07/11/2023.

The last BSOD or unexpected shutdown and restart recorded in the collected log file was 07/07/2023.

Please restart Memtest86+so that there are 8 or more passes.
