Actually its kind of crazy, it only happens when im away from the pc. I did memory scan, the sfc scan, and a few other scans I saw on a youtube video. Even did a bios update. This morning I disabled some programs with CCleaner Professional, and cleaned the registry. So far so good. Lets see if its lasts but I doubt it. Is it possible there is a loose power cable in my pc? someone mentioned increasing CPU power in BIOS.

if its every 15 minutes, sounds like thermal shutdown (cpu or power supply). loose power cable would be quite random ( 1 min then 5 mins then 3 mins then 2 mins then 10 mins)

Ok, thanks for the info, and sorry for not reading initial rules. Here is the log in the attachment. I ran chkdsk and automatically got a BSOD. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.
What failed: iaStorAC.sys
Should i try to do chkdsk in safe mode or on system start up? I believe i tried before in the past and it was clean but can try again.

Also, it is not exactly 15 minutes. But more or less every 20 mins or so. Today has been good until I ran the chkdsk!

Just crashed again. iAstor.ac blah blah. So sick of it Didnt crash whole day though so I did something to help the issue I guess.

It's risky making a diagnosis based on only one dump (from Friday 23rd June 2023) but that BSOD was caused by iaStorAC.sys, the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver...

The Dell Downloads site for your laptop has an updated driver dated August 2021, I would install that and see. If that doesn't stop the BSODs then download the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and use that to find updated Intel drivers for your laptop.

b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan

Wow, this was an easy solution cant believe I didnt think of it. So I did the update. Everything seemed to be running smoothly, until I ran HD Tune and did a full check, and got the same BSOD ( quck scan showed everything ok and no BSOD) It seems that CHKDSK or any software that checks the hard drive makes it crash with the same BSOD. So I finally got sick of it, and decided to disable Intel optane memory, or other words RST from what I understand. The computer restarted, and is a lot less snappier, so I guess the RST technology does do something. Im willing to suffer with slower speeds, as long as it stops giving me BSOD, lets see. Cant believe it makes such a difference in speed though. In the BIOS there is an option to change from RAID to ACHI, is that worth trying at all or no?

The 'new' BSODs may have different causes, so upload the dumps. AFAIK, RAID is required for Optane, as is IRST. But if you've updated the IRST driver the BSIDs may be caused by something else...
