You have several drivers installed that are not digitally signed, some of which are really old:
- AMD Crash Defender
- EldoS PnP virtual bus 5/30/2012
- Scp Virtual Bus Driver 5/5/2013
- TAP-Windows Adapter V9 4/21/2016
Maybe you don't recall installing them but, here is one advice for you that may help:
Following is a list of software one should avoid to prevent unexpected system behavior,
these programs are known to cause trouble and are usually designed to feed you with
false information with the goal to draw money from you, to expose your privacy and similar.
1. Registry, disk or system cleaners
2. Driver download or updater tools
3. System tweak tools or system optimizers
4. Various malware/adware removal tools or scanners
5. Program/driver uninstallers
6. Browser extensions of questionable reputation
7. Various "fix" tools that claim to fix some problem
If you installed anything that matches the list above, please uninstall them
and reboot system.
If there is a problem removing one of these then this is a good signal that
the program in question did indeed bad things, do not attempt to download additional
tools that claim to remove them.
Regarding drivers, you should only install drivers from OEM site.
To verify driver signatures you can use sigverif.exe tool that is part of OS.

Malware may install drivers as well, usually by installing unsigned software, you can verify your programs by opening control panel -> program and features.
Here any program that doesn't have publisher specified should be removed.
Once you're done with bad programs and drivers, I recommend you to scan your PC with defender offline, kaspersky and malwarebytes separately.
If you're unable to find proper drivers you can also use "optional updates" feature in Windows updates.
