BSOD persists even after a clean install

The last few days I found my Windows 10 encountering BSOD, with a few other minor problems I was having, I just decided to do a fresh install. Even during the setup process and ever since the the blue screen still continues. For the sake of it, I have some driver updates and performed a memory diagnostic test, which returned with no errors.

What more frustrating is receiving multiple error codes making it harder to identify; the only two I was able to note was
    NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I do have my BSOD dumps to upload. If anyone can give me a light on what the issue is? Thank you

My Windows version is 20H2 (OS build 19042.631) Dumps.txt

I would like to see the logfiles as requested in the BSOD Posting Instructions. These provide extra data to help with the analysis.

A clean install involves removing all the partitions during the install, until you have an Unallocated drive.

No other drive should be connected during the install.

Is that how you did it?
