BSOD DPC Watchdog Violation Windows Kernel Fail
Background: DPC_Watchdog_Violation -- Going crazy! : Windows10
See comment thread in link for fix already attempted.
Every 10 minutes or so, around when it would go to rest, machine crashes with DPC Watchdog Violation
Have had this problem through Win 8, 10 technical preview, and 10
AMD Drivers were way out of date so I updated, but now it crashes with the following:
On Tue 8/18/2015 4:04:44 PM GMT your computer crashed crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\081815-29906-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14DD00)
Bugcheck code: 0x133 (0x1, 0x1E00, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation description: NT Kernel & System Bug check
description: The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue. The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.
See attachment for dmp files, dxdiag.
