    BSOD Random interval, error messages in Event Viewer


    Hi
    I am getting random restarts on this PC, attached is the log collector v2.
    My windows is 19041.746
    Lots of error messages in the Event Viewer so cannot ascertain what its due for
    Any help is much appreciated :)

    The logs displayed many WHEA fatal hardware errors and unexpected shutdowns and restarts.

    There were no collected dump files.


    1) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section

    System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums:
    System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
    In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
    After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

    Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)


    2) Upgrade the BIOS: F .11 > F.29 Rev.A

    3) Download and install: HP UEFI hardware diagnostics version 7.9

    4) Plan to run the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics overnight: (find a camera or smartphone camera)
    Power on the computer > repetitively click F2 > click extensive > click loop until error > the next day if it has made 2 or more loops > click esc > post images of the test performed with results into this thread



    4) Run:

    Tuneup.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    5)In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread


    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread




    6) Run Memtest86 version 8.4 (or newer version if available) for four passes.
    Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.

    Use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
    In case there are any problems uploading images use share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

    Memtest86 has a feature to produce a text report.
    Please post this in addition to the images.


    7) Choose one of the temperature monitoring software applications: Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:

    8) Run Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU

    Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU
    a) Record the maximum temperature and post the maximum temperature into the thread
    b) Record test duration and post the uninterrupted test duration into the thread
    c) Aim for testing > 3 hrs and abort testing as needed for freezing, temperature changes (see link)
    d) Use the Microsoft snipping tool to post images into the thread.

    9) Reinstall AMD chipset drivers:

    1) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section
    Done :)
    Could not get PSU/COoler as I am not there atm


    2) Upgrade the BIOS: F .11 > F.29 Rev.A
    Done - will keep you updated

    Have accidently closed the Powershell/CMD but it did find some errors and fixed them, ran it again and the log file is in a notepad here:

    CPU at 65 degrees, everything else is 50 and under


    8) Run Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU
