    Blue screen of death


    Product: HP Compaq 8510W
    Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
    Hi Everyone,

    Please I need assistance on my PC I just bought this PC with Window 10 upgrade on it. First of all, the internet started disconnecting repeatedly, then there is a blue screen of Death showing this error code DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, also some other time it would also shows DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE. initially when it shows this error code it would restart by itself but right now it would just freeze until I turned it off and back on. I have try to update the window and it still continue this way.

    Please what can i do to fix this problems ?

    This looks like a simple fix by updating your Intel wireless network driver:
    netwlv64.sys

    Please do this by going to the Intel Download site and following the instructions there. If this does not work you may need to get the update from the HP website for your device but as this is such a very old spec you may not find any are provided.
