    BSOD of new Laptop

I recently purchased a new laptop, it's only a little over a month old and today while watching YouTube I got a BSOD, looking in BlueScreenView it seems to be related to Kaspersky Total Security which came free with my laptop purchase.

Knowing it's Kaspersky related is all I know, any further information of what caused the BSOD or what I can do to prevent this happening again would be greatly appreciated. I have had some previous bluescreens that were related to my wifi dongle which I have since fixed with a driver update, so those crash logs can be ignored.

I've added the zip file provided by the V2 log collector tool.
Windows version number: OS Build 18363.1198

    Thanks,

    Hi prizna ,

    Welcome to the BSOD forum.

The log collector collected 4 dump files from 11/7 > 11/16

The misbehaving driver on 11/7 and 11/8 was:
    rtwlanu.sys AC1300 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi USB Adapter

The misbehaving drivers on 11/16 were:
rtwlane.sys Realtek Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E Network Adapter
    Multiple Kaspersky drivers

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Run: Tuneup.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

    2) Uninstall Kaspersky AV using the applicable uninstall tool:
    https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/1464

    3) Make sure Microsoft defender is on

    4) Find replacement drivers for each:
    rtwlanu.sys
    rtwlane.sys

    5) Kaspersky AV can be reinstalled after one week if there are no BSOD or unexpected shutdowns and restarts

    6) Consider upgrading Windows 1909

    7) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
