    Ask the OP to run the following version:

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachment...p_plus_log.bat

    Tuneup.log will be created on the desktop. Just upload it.

    My batch script is not intended for a %Temp% folder path that contains spaces.
    I fondly believed that Windows would automatically substitute underscores for spaces in a username.

    C:\Users\Gary & Linda\AppData\Local\Temp\DiskParInfo.log

    @Ztruker, please upload the attached version, in which quotation marks have been put around the path.
