PC Gives BSOD when turning on mobile hotspot

Whenever I turn on my PC's Mobile Hotspot it will BSOD after maybe a minute, it says: driver_iqrl_not_less_or_equal and it says its caused by tcpip.sys. I am currently using a TP Link Archer t2u v2 and have tried updating the drivers to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciated. have been using the hotspot fine for maybe a year and a half and 2 days ago this started. I am on Windows 10 Pro 1903

Did you install any update to the system these 2 days ago, when the first BSODs started? If so, uninstall it and report the problem to the manufacturer of your Wi-Fi card (i.e. TP-Link)

However, you had to do something these 2 days ago if it suddenly stopped working. And take a reinstall of drivers for your Wi-Fi card.
