win32kfull Randomly Crashes

    win32kfull Randomly Crashes


    Hi,

    In the last two weeks my computer started to have randomly bsod's related to win32kfull, the last time it has happened the computer was idle.

    Windows 10 pro 64bits.

    There is a driver on your system which has been known to introduce BSODs. It is WinRing0x64.sys from the EVGA Precision XI software.

    If you don't use this I would completely uninstall that software.

    My other concern is that Kasperski could be causing some of the problems. If the above does not make any difference I would try running without the Kaspersky software suite and fully uninstall it for a trial period. Microsoft Defender will be the best AV package to use while troubleshooting.

    The Crash Keep Going


    The crashes keep going even when I have removed the software suggested

    Any idea what is causing the randomly win32kfull bsod?

    Update BIOS - Wsparcie dla MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design | MSI Polska
    Test GPU with FurMark - FurMark - GPU Stress Test
    Start the computer with only one RAM chip and check the efficiency of all RAM chips, connect the RAM to other DIMM slots and replace the RAM with another

    I have tested the Memory this way... Will run the gpu stress test and update the bios.

    I also remove the latest windows KB as i have notice it starts after get it, hopefully it solves the issue.
