    Bluescreen for over a year!


    Windows Version Number: Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.900)

    Hello! I have some problems with my PC and no one seems to know how to fix it my suspicion is the graphics card but I'm really not sure. So basically I have been getting bluescreens for over a whole year and I've brought it in for servicing to get it checked out and they thought the sound card was the problem so they switched that but the only thing that did was put me back 130$ and whenever my pc bluescreens it's always a different stop code and error. I'll provide some pictures of the crashes please tell me what to provide just trying to get this fixed.

    First I would do a memory test. As per the tutorial, let it run 8 passes.

    MemTest86+ - Test RAM

    I would also rule out storage. You could try Crystal Disk Info to see if drives are reporting issues.

    Please install Crystal Disk Info Standard edition

    CrystalDiskInfo – Crystal Dew World

    Once installed click on "Function" tab > Advance Feature > Raw Values > 10[Dec]

    This presents error values in decimal amounts.

    Flaky PSU can also cause an issue as can the wall current. Is the plug you are using also supplying a large load device, heater, AC or fridge? PSU's can be tricky to isolate, any chance you have a spare or a friend might have a spare you can use. I might challenge the store that charged you $130 for nothing to lend you a PSU.

    I looked around in BIOS and saw that my memory slots were in a1 and a2 which were unoptimized so I moved them to a2 and b2 and now I don't get bluescreen and I reset bios too that simple fix was worth 130$ lol

    Strange the memory would not be according to manual. Never even thought of that as issue. Thanks for posting your solution.
