Home Build locking, crashing, BSOD's. Built for gaming but unreliable.

My daughter built this machine for VR gaming. It's been unreliable. It may run 6 hours or 6 minutes before crashing to desktop, or BSOD, or hard lock requiring power down. I've been working with if over a week (quarantine, right?) now trying every trick I know up to replacing the GPU with no success. MB firmware upgraded, current drivers, reseating components, OS reloaded thrice, DDU'd driver off network. I play WoW (low end I know) and as stated it can go hours or minutes but it WILL lock up or crash in some way. She plays Warframe and Borderlands (given up on VR until fixed) and they are even more sporadic. I've read literally hundreds of posts and posted a few. So far the input I've received runs the full gambit from bios, drivers, memory, gpu, cpu, power supply... I think the only thing somebody hasn't suggest is the case. When the advice is that spread out it's worthless. The rabbit hole I went the deepest into was manually setting latency parameters on the memory, was hopeful for a few hours, then crashed and reset everything. I really hope somebody can go thru these files and put a definitive finger on 1 thing wrong.

This file contains the DxDiag, System Info and Reliability History files.

You describe several different types on crashes/hangs/lockups/etc.

Start by having a look at Reliability Monitor
I can't reliably read the XML file that you've uploaded.
So far I see a lot of problems with AMD Ryzen Master software, and some failed Windows Updates
There's not much info on the lockups/shutdowns either.
Let us know if you find anything.

Beyond that, I've gotta go with hunches.
First, be sure that the memory settings are restored back to default (we troubleshoot with default settings - as that's the way the system is supposed to be run).

Then, please follow the Posting Instructions pinned topic at the top of this forum: BSOD - Posting Instructions

Once that's done (while waiting for a reply from us), please start with these free diagnostics:
    - monitor your temps with a free program such as SpeedFan or HWMonitor. Let us know what the temps are just before/immediately after a crash/hang
    - run MemTest86 (Not 86+): MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
    - run Seagate Seatools for Windows Long/Extended test on ALL drives: SeaTools for Windows |

It's looking like a video error to me.
4 out of 5 are STOP 0x119 errors (Video scheduler)
Please let us know the results of the previous diagnostic steps taken.

Then, start with these troubleshooting steps (although the post is older and some of the links are broken, it's still valid): Video TDR Troubleshooting

    In short:
    - Use DDU to remove all drivers, then install freshly downloaded version of video drivers from the manufacturer's website
    - If possible, reseat the card and all cables firmly. Blow out the slot with canned air before reassembling
    - try video stress test(s) - watch the temps carefully!!!
    - check to be sure that the GPU cooling fan is working properly
    - try another video card. If you don't have one, purchase one from a shop that will let you return it if it's not needed

Update AMD chipset drivers to latest available version.

I'm not familiar with this report, but presume that there were no errors for 4 passes?

Correct. No errors in 4 passes. Took several hours.
    Installed AMD chipset drivers.
DDU'd and reinstalled nVidia drivers, off network,
    Reseated components and cables.
All fans are turning. I locked CPU fan to full in bios. GPU fans aren't manually adjustable.
Will test today when time permits.

WoW played so far. Warframe completed a mission. Rather than wait for the hand of fate to slap me, I downloaded and ran Unigine-Superposition and it fails every test... benchmark, game and VR ready. It won't give me a log or error message just failure. All temps stay below 47C, 28C at idle. CPU never pulls more than 33W, the GPU more than 150W.

I checked Reliability Monitor and I had several LiveKernelEvent 141's this morning that I didn't even notice:

Well, evidence shows a hardware problem.
And you failed the UNIGINE Superposition Benchmark program
You're having BSOD's that point to video and the Live Kernel Event 141 is also a video error.

You've replaced the drivers (using DDU) and reseated the card and it's cables and still are having problems.
It all says video to me
I'd suggest trying another video card. If you don't have one, you may want to purchase one from a shop that'll let you return it for your money back if it's not needed. (Most big retail stores in the US will do this (BestBuy, WalMart, Target, etc) - but check first!
