BSOD after waking up from sleep -- "Critical process died"

Every time I shut the lid, I get a BSOD when waking up.
    "Critical process died".
New ASUS laptop X509JB with Windows 10 1909
I ran and installed Windows updates
I ran intel driver updater, and MYASUS tool for checking system and BSODs, and ndivia updater.
I see nothing marked in drivers
    I rebooted, of course.
The only thing I can think of and didn't do is flash the BIOS. But this is a new model, it is i5 10th gen, it can't come with an old, decrepit Mobo and firmware, right? It could be half a year old at the most.

I ran the V2 tool and got this error:

Cannot invoke method. Method invocation is supported only on core types in this language mode.
    At C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\V2 log collector 1.09\resources\main.ps1:83 char:1

    1) List any of these software:
    a) antivirus

    c) drive encryption

When running V2 make sure extract all is clicked.

Run the DM log collector > upload results directly into this thread

Temporarily place the computer in safe mode: (shift + restart)
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10

Run V2 in safe mode > upload results directly into this thread
