BSOD Blue Screen restart nearly daily, often during video

Greetings, I'd REALLY appreciate any help on this as HP could not solve when I called 2 months ago. Computer bought in Nov and has had this problem since purchasing. It has been extra difficult working from home (as I work for the NYC Health Department).

I've suspected it was something with Graphics/Video as it is often when a video is playing (not always) and I see that I have the Intel UHD Graphics but also I am supposed to have NVIDIA but don't see that aside from in my task bar.

    Windows Version 1909

    HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-df0xx
    OS: Windows 10
    CPU: Intel Core i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.99GHz
Graphics Card(s): Intel UHD Graphics 620
    Browser: Chrome

Bunches and bunches of Kernel 117 errors in the Error Reports folder.
This is the non-fatal version of the STOP 0x116 BSOD error (the 117 will close and restart the graphics drivers without rebooting).

As such, I'd also suggest (after trying MrPepka's excellent advice):
    - set a System Restore point
    - download the latest, W10 compatible graphics drivers (both nVidia and Intel graphics) from the HP website
    - uninstall the nVidia graphics drivers using this free tool: Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download
    - install the nVidia graphics drivers downloaded from the HP website
    - uninstall the Intel graphics drivers from Control Panel
    - install the Intel graphics drivers downloaded from the HP website

If the computer is under warranty plan to
    a) upgrade the BIOS
    b) uninstall and reinstall both GPU drivers (Intel and Nvidia)
    c) check the BIOS for options to disable each the Intel an Nvidia GPU to stress test each
    d) contact HP if there are continued problems with the GPU (windows error reporting)

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    8) wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType = 7
    10) wmic recoveros get autoreboot
    11) wmic recoveros get DebugInfoType
    12) bcdedit /enum {badmemory}

    13) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    14) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    15) For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

Thank you all! Now I will see if I can 2-3 uninterrupted days w/o the BSOD. I will let you all know and then take down the thread.

Download and install HP UEFI hardware diagnostics (left side of this webpage)
    https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/.../pc-diags.html

Find a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.

Plan to run the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics overnight:

Power on the computer and repetitively click F2
Run the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics > system > extensive > loop until error > the next AM if it has completed two passes click esc > run the component tests > video > interactive > post images of the tests performed and results into the thread

If there are Windows error reporting problems with GPU then plan to test each GPU before warranty expiration.

The computer has Intel (iGPU) and Nvidia (dGPU).
There should be options in the BIOS or Nvidia control panel to turn one off.
If you can turn Intel GPU off then test Nvidia GPU.
If you can turn Nvidia GPU off then test Intel GPU.

This software is designed to test GPU (integrated or designated):

I did everything including the diagnostics. It passed 2 extensive system iterations. After video, there was no option that said "interactive", I just ran 2 video memory checks. All passed. Photos included.
Through all the restarting, every time my unit starts up it has a popup saying Thunderbolt application may not run and is not needed or something.Attachment 276202Attachment 276203

The menu is not available at this time.
    There should be interactive tests.
When viewing the main menu click component tests and see if they are displayed.

    Were any of these seen:

    Code:
    Dead Pixel Test
    Video Memory Fast Check
    Video Extended Memory Check
    Video Palette Check

Were you able to find a menu in the BIOS to turn on or off Intel Optimus?
To turn off the Nvidia GPU or turn off Intel GPU?

Yes, when I clicked Video, the 3 options were:
    Video Memory Fast Check
    Video Extended Memory Check
    Video Palette Check

I ran the video extended memory check for 2 iterations.

I removed just removed all thunderbolt drivers and software and reinstalled in accordance with the steps listed here and did not get the thunderbolt popup on reboot.
