Sorry about my ignorance but what does it mean? Do I have to do something about that? Is my ram faulty?
Sorry about my ignorance but what does it mean? Do I have to do something about that? Is my ram faulty?
The findings so far indicate malfunctioning RAM.
All tests have false positives, false negatives, true positives, true negatives, and accuracy.
When available please post results for all steps /tests.
When replacing RAM always:
a) make sure RAM modules are on the computer or motherboards Qualified Vendor List (QVL)
b) modules have identical SKU
Crucial System Scanner
Again when available please post results for all steps / tests.

This night I'll do 4 more passes of Memtest and I think all the steps will be done.
HD Tune did not display SMART results for some drives.
Please run these:
Crystal Disk standard edition:
CrystalDiskInfo – Crystal Dew World
Run HD Sentinel: (free or trial edition)
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring

Make a free backup image and save the image to another disk drive:

Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect
First of all, thank you again for all your help, I mean it.
But can I ask why I need to do a backup image? Did you see something wrong in the screenshots?
Windows has blocked a bad memory region.
This region can be unblocked.
Windows can become unstable when there is malfunctioning RAM regions that are not blocked.
So this is a backup precaution.
These are other reasons to make free backup images:
malware
ransomware
corruption of the operating system
corruption of the registry
corruption of the component store
corruption of the drive file system
failure to boot
unexpected drive failure
etc.
For the drive tests there is SMART testing.
This is to predict drive failure.
It is sometimes correct and sometimes incorrect.
In a similar fashion Windows can predict Memory failure.
This is termed Predictive Failure Analysis (PFA).
Thanks for your explanation, I'm currently doing the backup now.
Tonight I've run Memtest86 again for 4 passes and it found one error (XMP disabled as always), the initial 4 passes were OK.
What's the best action course now? Do I need to change the RAM?

One error is malfunctioning RAM.
Ordinarily you would test each module but this is unnecessary as the modules are not on the QVL.
Look in the owners manual for the maximal usable RAM.
Determine your RAM needs.
View the QVL and shop for performance and cost.
Make sure all RAM module SKU are identical.
Some manufacturers have lifetime warranties.
