whea_uncorrectable_error during gaming - BSoD

32.0 GB - DDR3 (1066.5 MHz)
Asus - Maximus VII Hero (Haswell/Z97)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
W10 64x

Months and months ago.. one BSOD. Weeks later, another. Weeks later, another. Then every weekend. Now every day. Can't make it through without BSoD.

New OS install W10 64x, Nvidia drivers updated. Just sort of out of my depths. I'm really not that savvy for this stuff, especially concerning diag'ing hardware.

-- Brand new to this forum, just really trying to diag my issue.. do I need to replace GPU? Is something not getting power? Is it time to throw out the whole rig? etc. Any and ALL help is seriously appreciated.

1) The BIOS: Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 0609, 6/3/2014

There were 11 missed BIOS upgrades.

Upgrade the BIOS to the most recent non-beta BIOS: 0609 > 3201

2) The logs displayed:

RAM Part Number F3-2133C9-8GZH
Speed: 2133

The maximum CPU supported RAM speed is DDR3-1333/1600

3) The RAM is not on the Qualified Vendor List (QVL):

4) The RAM is overclocked.

RAM testing can test for malfunctioning RAM.
RAM testing is not designed to test for incompatible RAM.

5) When purchasing RAM:
a) make sure RAM modules are on the QVL
b) make sure modules have matching SKU

6) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting

7) Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images into the thread

8) Turn off Windows fast startup:
Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10

9) Search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
