Fresh Install BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - Possibly Realtek LAN?

So I just did another fresh install of Windows 10 Pro version 1909. I haven't even activated it yet and I haven't manually installed any drivers. I got the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD almost instantly when I had Firefox open.

When I was installing Windows, I went away and my PC had rebooted back to the start of the installer. I assume it had a BSOD here too. The second time I unplugged my LAN cable and it installed fine. That could just be coincidence though.

I decided to reinstall because I have tried pretty much everything. I had updated all my chipset drivers, graphics, LAN and audio from the manufacturer, AsRock and AMD, but nothing has solved this error which seems to happen once every week or more. My BIOS is even the latest version.

Any help would be fantastic and appreciated.

Edit: I have also ran MemTest86 with a bunch of passes, both sticks and one at a time. It came back fine.

    1. Run Driver Verifier Manager through type "verifier" in search bottom
    2. Select "Create standard settings"
    3. Select "Select driver names from a list"
    4. Tick all 3rd party drivers and 3 Microsoft drivers (ntoskrnl.exe, hal.dll and amdppm.sys)
    5. Apply changes and reboot computer

I'll get it sorted soon if it doesn't turn out to be the LAN driver like I suspect. I just rushed though the installation because I have had to go through the process a few times already. If it was a pirated version, it would already be activated, but I understand the policy.

Thank you MrPepka. I was going to ask about that program but forgot.
