    New computers should not have BSOD.
    So it's in your best interest to RMA.

    There are multiple versions of the HP diagnostics.
    The default version from the factory may only test drive and RAM.

    See if you can download a new version: (left side of this webpage)

    Download HP Diagnostics UEFI
    https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/.../pc-diags.html

    It can be installed in the computer and /or a flash drive (formatting the drive is not required)

    Then run in system > extensive > loop until error or failure
