Get bad_pool_caller BSOD randomly when accessing sites via Firefox
Windows 10 Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.1508)
OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise
Version 10.0.16299 Build 16299
This is happening on my work laptop.
When I access sites through Firefox I randomly get a BSOD with bad pool caller. I can try a site once it may cause a BSOD and then after my system reboots I can try it again and it's fine.
Firefox is not a supported browser by my organization but I use it because it makes doing my job easier because I can run add-ons for SFDC.
Our supported browser, Chrome, is locked down and the registry is restricted, even with admin rights it cannot be accessed (I believe due to a system policy) and I am unable to install any extensions, however I can with Firefox.
My help desk is pretty much non-existent now because I work from home, therefore I'm my own help desk (to a lesser degree) and I'm trying to resolve this.
I don't technically have admin rights, however I do possess the login of a local administrator to my machine which allowed me to run the diagnostic, but gave me some errors at the end that it could not open the transcript-elevated.txt file and it could not compress the folder. Also, I am hesitant to publish the log files because I'm afraid it may reveal too much information for the company I work for.
Are there any files I can post that will allow me to protect my privacy but still aid in resolving the root cause of my BSOD?
I just discovered this searching for Bug in the diagnostics, not sure if this is helpful.

Also, when I open the crash in blue screen view it says: Caused by Driver: Wdf01000.sys
