Hello.
Windows 10 recently updated to version 1903 and since then I'm having a BSOD as soon as I open Firefox or Chrome. If I open edge it does open and I can browse find, however after a some random time I get the BSOD.
I have tried all I can think of.
I updated all the drivers specially the GPU and Intel's drivers
Can sfc /scannow and dism... etc
I'm attaching the diagnostics files.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

9 memory dumps on 22 Aug - that sure is a lot!
BIOS dates from 2012 - please visit the Lenov Support site for you model. Download and install the latest available BIOS version. While there, ensure that Lenovo provides support for W10 on this system.
Only 1.46 gB of free RAM (only 4 gB total). If you're having performance problems, I'd suggest getting more RAM (if the system can handle more).
Out of 9 memory dumps, there were 8 STOP 0x3B errors ( x - and only 1 STOP 0x1E error ( x )
I noted an older driver (dated 2014) from Detect Safe Browsing (by Easy Solutions).
I would suggest temporarily uninstalling this program while we're troubleshooting.
I would suggest updating these older drivers also (most should be available from the Lenovo support site for your model):
Next, these drivers aren't as old as those above, but are still fairly old. You are the man. What a great answer.
I already had tried updating all the drivers that I could find. I even used a driver updater tool.
However the issue was with the Detect Safe Browsing Driver. As soon as I uninstalled it, I was able to start firefox and chrome. I also suspected the issue to be with that software, but instead of uninstalling it, I disabled it from the startup. I didn't know the software had a driver.
