How were you able to boot after the BSOD displaying inaccessible boot device?

    https://www.tenforums.com/misc.php?do=showrules

    See rule #4:

No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc) - it is forum policy that no help shall be given to people who knowingly steal software or services.

The logs displayed piracy / crack.

Please remove any pirated software and any tools / methods that can be used to bypass the activation of licenses.
    Then submit a new V2.

    1) For inaccessible boot device multiple troubleshooting steps can be performed.
Had there been a recent change that had triggered it?
How did you know about IDE to ACHI?
How come the setting was on IDE?

    2) What is the X58A-UD7 motherboard version?
If it is version 1 then upgrade the BIOS F6 > F7
    GA-X58A-UD7 (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE U.S.A.

    3) The HD Tune full error scan can be run overnight.
Please update the thread with a completed scan.

    4) Open file explorer > search for RtsUer.sys or C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\RtsUer.sys > post an image into the thread

    5) Open file explorer > search for DfDiskLo.sys or C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\DfDiskLo.sys > post an image into the thread

The above drivers appeared in the debugging.

Some files may remain after using control panel to uninstall.

    6) Uninstall Deep Freeze using the information in this link:
How do I uninstall Deep Freeze? - Powered by Kayako Help Desk Software

    7) Deep Freeze can be reinstalled after one week of computer stability (no BSOD or unexpected shutdowns/restarts.

The HD Tune full error scan image in post #7 was incomplete.
When it has completed there should no longer be any grey boxes.
Please run the test overnight and upload new results into the thread.
