Blue Screen Message after Shut Down

Posting this issue here due to it being a blue screen pop up. Has anyone experienced this?
Upon shutting down within maybe four seconds we get the following blue screen. Smiley Face icon- "Your pc ran into a problem and need to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you. (count down % running then system shuts down) For more information about this issue and possible fixes visit https:// windows.com/stopcode. If you call a support person give them this info. Stop code: PNP DETECT FATAL ERROR" Have not found anything in google searching what this is or if it is a virus, did find a post that it may be adware. Have run full check on my McAfee software finding nothing. Both my wife and I get this when shutting down from our respective sides of our Dell desktop system.

Zip does not contain any crash dumps. Do you use any program to clean your computer (example CCleaner)?

Yes I do use free CCleaner, & their registery clean.

Disable in CCleaner option "delete memory dumps" and crash computer again

MrPepka, I am a novice concerning many computer terms and do not feel comfortable doing this crash after reading what one must do to create it. Would like to know from the info I sent if anyone has experienced this same issue, and is there a fix, or what is it.

Go to:
Cleaner -< System -< uncheck Memory Dumps

Have done further researh and found the blue sceen to be and indication of a crash that I didn't know took place. Could I use the automatic memory dump method I located to create what you need, along with making the change to CCleaner?

The were no dump files collected by the log collector.
The logs displayed bugcheck AB
Bug Check 0xAB: SESSION_HAS_VALID_POOL_ON_EXIT

1) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

2) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
3) sfc /scannow
4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
5) chkdsk /scan
6) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
7) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

8) Make sure that there is no overclocking while troubleshooting.

9) Open Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

10) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

11) For any BSOD:
a) immediately run the BETA log collector > upload the results into the thread
b) open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread
