msinfo32.nfo shows you have not had any BSODs. As the notice at the top of the forum and the top of each thread, including this one, says:

    Attachment 222492

I'll ask one of the gurus to move this thread to a more appropriate forum, perhaps

Looks like it's already been moved, sorry. Can have it moved back if you think it belongs here.

    anthrax2471, sorry for the confusion.

Edit: ... and now it's back. Here it stays.

I only see the one bugcheck on 1/28:

    Attachment 222493

Event viewer has a ton of these error pairs:

Looks like this might be a driver issue but without a dump it's hard to say.

Check Windows Update History, see what has been installed recently.

Start > Windows Update > View Update History. Also scroll down and look under Driver Updates.

If you see a recent driver update, uninstall it and turn off driver updates for now, see if that resolves the problem.

Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

If no recent driver updates or that doesn't help then give Driver Verifier a try:

    ===================================================
    Driver Verifier
is a diagnostic tool built into Windows 10, it is designed to verify both native Microsoft drivers and third party drivers. Driver Verifier's verification process involves putting heavy stress on drivers with the intention of making bad, outdated, incompatible or misbehaving drivers fail. The required result is a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) which will generate a crash dump for debugging purposes. Machines exposed to Driver Verifier may run very sluggishly due to the stress being applied to the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable in Windows 10

Pay close attention to PART TWO and make sure the correct boxes are checked.

    warning   Warning
It is not advised to run Driver Verifier for more than 48 hours at a time. Disable Driver Verifier after 48 hours or after receiving a BSOD, whichever happens soonest.

Always create a Restore Point prior to enabling Driver Verifier so you have a way to recover if it goes haywire. Seldom does but it can happen.

What we're looking for is a verifier generated BSOD with a mini dump that will tell us what driver caused it. If you get a BSOD, rerun the Beta log collector and upload the resulting zip file.

    ztrucker,
There was just one BSOD on 1/28.
    There was no dump file.

    The event viewer displayed:

    Code:
    Event[30823]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: volmgr
      Date: 2019-01-28T21:46:52.142

      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: DESKTOP-ENDITT6
      Description:
Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.

First off I'm sorry about the confusion of the thread, sorry for posting it in the wrong place, I did notice some updates last night before I switched my PC off (3 windows updates) so I'll see how it goes today.... stupid question? How do I enable Minidump for some reason it's always been off.

    1) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    2) If the computer has Ccleaner (do not install the software if it is not already installed) > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

    3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    4) sfc /scannow
    5) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    1) For Ccleaner uncheck:
    a) Memory Dumps
    b) Windows Log Files

    2) The startup and recovery system failure image was not yet posted (step #1a in post #7)
    3) The chkdsk /scan results was not yet posted (step #6 in post #7)

    4) For startup and recovery system failure:
    a) uncheck automatically restart
    b) change write debugging information to automatic memory dump
    c) make sure the dump file displays: %systemroot%\Memory.dmp
    d) reboot to maintain settings

    5) Make sure that there is no overclocking during the troubleshooting process

    6) Make a backup image using Macrium:
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything

    7) Save the backup image to another drive

    8) Make a brand new restore point
