Looked at the System screen which says I need to boot in normal mode to activate. I think I have been activated from when the PC was new last January.

Anyway, I have started Memtest86+ which is running ok so will see how it is going tomorrow morning in 16 hours time.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Lert,

Please ignore the activation posts, zbook didn't realize your system is booted in safe mode.

About 4 hours after starting Memtest86+ I bumped the USB mouse which caused the whole process again. Now after 12 hours I'm on about 3.5 passes which seems pretty slow. I note that the screen says 1 core active. Is it possible to use the 4 cores? or should I just let it run now. It seems to me that I should have disconnected the mouse before I started..

Please continue running with 1 core for 8 or more passes.
    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing time is approximately 1 - 2 hours / GB RAM.
When it has completed use a camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

Ran Memtest86 for 9 passes with no errors.

    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing passed: 16GB RAM, 9 passes, 0 errors.

For any new BSOD run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread.
