Tcpip.sys BSOD while doing nothing special

    Hi everyone,
since a few weeks I am randomly experiencing on my computer the infamous BDOS tcpip.sys; I have already updated all the drivers, and installed the latest windows 10 updates, however at least once every 2 days my computer decides to show the error. A long reboot is required and everything starts working again.

Attached the log file as per instructions.

    Please help.

    Thanks,
    DT

    Hi 19giugno ,

Welcome to the Ten Forums BSOD forum.

There was only 1 BSOD mini dump file collected and the bugcheck was 3B.
The logs displayed other BSOD with bugcheck 3B.

    Perform the following steps:

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online/cleanup-image/restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    6) Uninstall Mcafee antivirus using the applicable uninstall tool:
Antivirus Software, Internet Security, Spyware and Malware Removal | McAfee

    7) Uninstall Malwarebytes using the applicable uninstall tool:
Malwarebytes Cleanup Utility download and instr... | Official Malwarebytes Support

    8) Turn on Windows defender

    9) List all other antivirus software in use on the computer (always on and manual)
And list all other antivirus software in use since that last six months.

    10) The log collector that was ran was the DM log collector.
At some time the DM log collector will be replaced by the BETA log collector.
The BETA log collector will collect more useful information.
Please run the BETA log collector now and after any BSOD. Then post a zip into this thread:

    (extract > open)
Use the text and images in this link in case there are problems running the BETA log collector: (post #5)

    Hi zbook,
thanks for your prompt reply. Attached the new log.

I have MCAfee and Malware Bytes installed, but I bought the premium licenses, so not sure if I really need to uninstall them?

And here the output of the command run (while the sfc was running there has been a new BSOD)

For Mcafee and Malwarebytes please uninstall both AV software products.
If there are no BSOD for one week then you can install one AV software product.
If there are recurrent BSOD then uninstall the AV software.
If there are no recurrent BSOD then continue using the AV software.
Wait another week and then reinstall the second AV software.
The longer the system stability before reinstalling the software the stronger the cause and effect of a BSOD when the AV software is reinstalled.

For the dism commands place a space before each /.

    dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
