Chrome is all white problem

Yeah, it works with Edge and Internet Explorer, so I could do that. Still Chrome is preferred, and it is strange it does not work... It did work on this computer before the reinstall of Windows.

May try to disable to see if any effect. Cerebus may have the answer.

ShipPlotter and AISRec is the very reason this computer is running, so even if it could be one of those software it is not an option to disable them.

I tried all suggestions in Cerebus link except Solution 2, but it did not fix the problem.

Thanks for all the help so far. I guess I'm leaving this problem alone for now...
