    Blue box - This app can't run on this PC


    Trying to install a browser 'Tor' latest version from torprojects.org as read being good for no tracking as with Google and other web viewing. On a Windows 10 - 22H2 fully updated Laptop which had been reset via recovery clearing previous data and users etc

    No matter when trying to install 'This app cant run on this PC' appears in a blue box, no matter whether trying 'run as administrator', 'troubleshooting', 'compatibility mode settings' and turning off antivirus.

    Have checked in settings allow any app by default it's may be set to only allow apps from app store

    Sorted.
    Laptop is a 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

    Searched for a 32-bit version download.

Blue filter for 8.1

I use win 10 blue filter/night mode but i also have a backup system with 8.1, is there some good program for blue filter in 8.1? Thanks!
