Hi Max90. Welcome to the TenForums @Max90

IAStorAVC.sys is listed in dump. This is the Intel RST Driver.

    You are using 15.44.0.1010

The Dell website has an older driver 15.7.5.1025 and Intel has them in the V16 range. When did this start, if just recently I would try the older driver approved by Dell.

When I googled this driver lots of hits with Dell, again pointing to using their approved version

I would also check all your storage drives for errors using Windows chkdsk drive: /r

You might also have to tell Windows to not updated drivers. Option 4 this tutorial.

Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

In my PM I provided instruction to stop overwrites on dump.

    Thanks for the welcome!
Just as I was writing this message, the computer crashed.
I tried to do what you say in the PM but the check is already removed. I do not understand why I delete them too!
    Look:
    Attachment 205234

So the problem could be the fact that I have to use the old version of the driver approved by Dell? and I do not have to update it and prevent it from being updated by Windows Update?

I already did a chkdsk and did not detect any kind of problem.

Now I make the point 4 of the guide that you have linked to me. but which driver should I re-install?

The OP has software that is being used to bypass the activation of Windows.
And the OP is bypassing the activation of non-Microsoft software.

We would like to ask you to get rid of everything piracy related on your system.

Why is pirated software a problem?

    • Piracy is against the policy of this forum, and against my own policy
    • It is unknown what could've come with it, such programs often have a way of letting other software come into your system and who knows what they'll do.
    • Since it is unknown what could've come with such programs it is unknown what the behavior of your system will be and any potential solutions may, as a result, backfire and make your system's stability worse.

Please remove everything piracy related on your system so we can start troubleshooting your system.
Please consider this as a warning, we may refrain from providing support if we see piracy related entries in new logs.

It appears your version of Acronis is questionable. Your host file has been edited. Do you know why you have Windivert?
