Insert tag for tool bar

When I insert my USB there is no automatic showing of any files. I have tried everything on Web and nobody has the answer. I know all about "auto play" and have tried that all to no avail. Olease any ideas ? Thanks Ron

This has been a constant source of frustration with Microsoft in General and Windows 10 in particular. The insert key no longer toggles between insert and overwrite. Is there a way to get this to work? I have version 1903.
