    Chrome won't load many websites

All of a sudden, Chorme won't load a lot of websites. I'm using Version 98.0.4758.102 (Official Build) (64-bit). I get this message:
    Chrome won't load many websites-image.png
When I try running Windows Network Diagnostics, I get:
    Chrome won't load many websites-image.png
I had uBlock Origin as an extension, but I disabled it. I still get the same messages. Any suggestions?
    Thank you in advance.

    Hello Phil,

Did you try a different browser? Seems like a PC network problem based on the second screenshot.

Tried rebooting? Other devices working? Check Device Manager for problems. Tried both Ethernet and WiFi? Restart both PC and router.

    Hi Steve:
I did all those things...but found the answer. For some reason, my hosts file had Google as 127.0.0.1. I'm not sure how it got there, but after deleting it, everything works...until I break something else.

Yes, but I have no idea. I didn't modify the hosts deliberately & didn't update Hostman, as far as I recall.
